Treetop’s kitchen is bright, light, and dynamic. The mission is to create meals involving all senses – renew, challenge, and enrich. We start by enhancing the marvellous qualities of our local ingredients, and what the rest of the world can offer.
Taste, look, colour and aroma are paramount to intensify the eating experience. My gastronomic philosophy stems from a modern food style with fresh produce sourced from both soil and sea.
We work closely together with a team of dedicated chefs and waiters to create savour and perfection with carefully selected wines from the old as well as the new world so that they accompany the food, and the two elements give a united, intense taste experience.
