Join us for a memorable gastronomic evening as we host a sublime chef gathering at B-Spis in Næstved.
Restaurant B-Spis is the meeting point for Næstved’s residents, business community, and all visitors who appreciate fine gastronomy—where flavor and an exceptional experience are paramount.
On Sunday, November 24 at 6:00 PM, four talented chefs will come together to serve a fantastic menu.

Who says master chefs can’t dance together in a kitchen?
On this very special evening, we are delighted to welcome four talented chefs. Together with B-Spis’ dedicated team, they will present an exquisite menu that combines the best of their worlds.

Tommy Jespersen
Tommy has been a part of the Danish chef national team for over 10 years, specializing in pastry work—a pursuit that has earned him several impressive placements and medals. Individually, he won the Potato Award 2021, Dish of the Year with Game, secured 2nd place in Global Chef Junior, and achieved commendable placements in Chef of the Year.
Trained at Nymindegab Kro and spending over 7 years at Falsled Kro, Tommy now runs the chocolate company Gastroca and works as a freelance chef at Holckenhavn Castle. In addition, he is a coach for the Danish skills national team.
Tommy is one of the industry’s sharpest competitive chefs, consistently maintaining an exceptionally high standard. You can certainly look forward to his cuisine on November 24 at B-Spis.
Fun fact: Tommy trained Alexander Johnsen at Falsled Kro.
Alexander Johnsen
Alexander has been a member of the Danish chef national team for the past 5 years, earning a silver medal at the Olympics in Stuttgart 2020 and two silver medals at the World Championships in Luxembourg 2022.
He also triumphed over Tommy Jespersen at Mad ID in 2018.
After training at Falsled Kro, Alexander honed his skills at the Michelin restaurant Domestic, followed by stints at Miro and Treetop, before becoming head chef at the newly opened restaurant Novel, which secured the green Michelin clover after just 4 months of operation.
Today, he oversees the kitchens at Scheelsminde Kro — a tavern certainly worth a visit.
Alexander is a true craftsman who knows exactly how things should taste, never compromising on quality or ingredients.
If you haven’t yet experienced Alexander’s cuisine, then you have something to look forward to on November 24, when he will guest in the kitchen at B-Spis.
Simon Langkjær
Simon helms the kitchen at Næstved’s restaurant B-Spis, which is, without comparison, the city’s best answer to a Michelin restaurant.
A true craftsman, Simon masterfully blends quality and creativity to reach new heights.
Before taking over at B-Spis, he worked at several esteemed establishments, including Støvlet Katrines Hus, Marienlyst Hotel, Brønddums Hotel, and the Odense restaurant Bacchus.
Like his fellow chefs, Simon has participated in numerous cooking competitions, earning notable placements in events such as Mad ID, BMW Masters, and the Schiøtz Prize.
There is always something exceptional in store when Simon is behind the stove, and this will undoubtedly be the case on November 24 when he delivers a stellar chef gathering.
Bjarke Jeppesen
Bjarke works daily in the kitchen at Treetop Restaurant, where he and his team strive for a Michelin star.
Before his time at the renowned Treetop in Vejle, Bjarke gained experience at Hesselet, Kongebrogaarden, and the Michelin restaurant Domestic.
In the competitive arena, he has been a mainstay of the national chef team for the past 5 years, earning 4 silver medals at the Olympics and World Championships. In 2024, he also claimed the highest national accolade, “Chef of the Year 2024.”
Additionally, he has won the Potato Award, BMW Masters, Dish of the Year with Pork, and Dessert of the Year—with some competitions won twice.
The building blocks of Bjarke’s cuisine are solid craftsmanship, abundant flavor, and creativity. You can look forward to experiencing this on November 24 when he guests in the kitchen at B-Spis.
